Petition for Spore Creature Editor

Some people have gotten together to create a petition for EA to release a creature editor to the public.  I went ahead and signed, it can't hurt!  However, just know that they may  already intend to release the creature editor, and they won't be releasing it too buggy. 

But just in case it was never the intent, go ahead and sign the petition!!

Game Critics Awards - Spore a BIG Winner!

At the Game Critics Awards this year, Spore won the most awards!  I don't think this is at all surprising because its such an awesome and novel idea.  Here are the awards Spore won:

• Best Original Game:  Well yeah, we all knew that! ;)  They say the reason for best original game is because of the scope of the game. You start with a spore,  create a civilization and then conquer other galaxies.
• Best PC Game: An easy call for best PC game.  'Nuff said.
• Best Simulation Game:  Will Wright is the master of simulation games... I'm willing to bet he coined the term with all his SimGames.

Go Spore!!  We anxiously wait for it to be released.  I hope you are all keeping yourselves busy until it is!
